Product Description
NC-85A-300-Double-head automatic chamfering machine(hydraulic-type) Features:
1. Hydraulic chamfering machine
2. Automatic clamping the pipe/bar;
3. Automatic advance of tool;
4. Chamfering angle can be changed by change the blades;
5. Automatic feeding of pipe;
6. Smooth and uniform bevel edge
7. Two chamfering head (which can chamfer the pipe’s both ends at the same time);
8. The special design of gripper die and blade surface makes sure that the processed object and centre line of blade surface maintain still;
9. The pipe chamfering machine can equably finish the process of tube end and its outer angle, inner angle at one time;
10. It adopts the variety of strap wheel to transform several rotating speed and guarantee the longest use life of blade according to different metal blade;
11. The pipe chamfering machine is easy to adjust slowness of speed to reach perfect process.
